For buyoff, Powstar will send clear photos, videos to make sure everything is exactly according to the customer requirement & standard. Besides, Powstar has our own tool static and dynamic inspection, all die parts & functions will be checked to ensure that they pass high quality standards. Dynamic buyoff:The tool will be in press to run at the ranged rate (in continuous mode) without stopping. At least running 200~300PCS smoothly. Running video will be sent to you for check. Static buyoff: After running test in press, Powstar will do a static review of each tool. The tool will be placed on stands with the top half flipped and the strippers removed to review each components inside and improve. Spare parts: One set of easy-wear tool punches and matrixes will be provided for you. Keep tool in 5S condition: After all fixed, tool will be stenciled and painted per your requirment and everything clean. Tool spare parts will be wrapped together in the tool.
